I Have Been Having Difficulty Opening My Bowels For A

I have been having difficulty opening my bowels for a while now. I can go up to 5 days without going then only pass very small stools. I then get a day where I can go several times in one day. I also do have painful wind. Im worried about this and wondered whether I should see a doctor. I also feel very bloated a lot of the time and sometimes I look pregnant
