I Have Been Having Discomfort On The Right Abdoment Area

I have been having discomfort on the right abdoment area above belly button, and goes around the back. I have been taking advil twice yesterday and also today. The pain is not severe but consistent. I have worked out on Sunday and was very sore but I normally work out a lot on the weekend. I am interested in finding out if the symptoms are internal organ related or just muscle sprain. Thanks.
