I Have Been Having Distorted Vision Followed By A Bad

I have been having distorted vision followed by a bad headache. The distortion in my vision goes away right before the headache starts. Do you know what could be causing this? I am a 41 year old female who doesn't smoke, drink, or do drugs. The only medicine I take is occasional Tylenol, Advil, or Aleve. Thank you.
