I Have Been Having Dizziness For Over 3 Months Now

I have been having dizziness for over 3 months now and was given a prescription for lisinopril HCTZ 20/25 on began taking it on 8/24/16. I am also on metoprolol 50mg. I have been taking the metoprolol for several years now along with HCTZ (not the lisinopril). I have also been going to rehab (referred by my doctor) for ventibular for over a month and have been religious about doing the exercises daily. The PT person thinks it is an inner ear issue.I walk 2.5 miles a day and for the last two months have been eating the correct foods per the Dr. Oz show for high blood pressure. I have not seen any relief and am very worried that there may be something else wrong with me. I do not have any headaches nor do I vomit but the dizziness( swaying like I am on a boat) is becoming very debilitating. I do smoke, which I have cut that down to 5 cigarettes a day from 10. I drink maybe 2 glasses of wine per month and I do not take recreational drugs of any kind. I also take atorvastatin 40mg, temazepam 30mg(have for years) and raloxifene 60mg. I'm 60 years old. What else do you recommend for the dizziness that I should be doing or that I can suggest to my doctor?
