I Have Been Having Dizzy Spells For A Couple Of

I have been having dizzy spells for a couple of weeks. I have had a headache on the top sides of my head. Not in the front. I have tried Sudafed and Flonase as well as meclizine. Nothing seems to help. It makes me nauseous.
