I Have Been Having Dizzy Spells Over Several Weeks. It

I have been having dizzy spells over several weeks. It happens when sitting, standing, leaning over, flipping over in bed. Feels like I am drunk and room is spinning. Only last maybe 5 to 10 seconds. Don't feel bad. No other symptoms really. What can cause it?
