I Have Been Having Dizzy Spells To The Point Of

I have been having dizzy spells to the point of almost blacking out all day, as well as not feeling well for a few months now. It is very hard to get in to see my family Dr. as he is always busy or on holidays. I had a full historectomy last year to remove some rather large ovarian cysts. some measuring 10cm by 12 cm. I am on estrogel as well as Toviaz because I cannot hold my bladder. Not sure if the medication is causing the way I feel or something else as I have been on these meds for over a year and have not had an issue with them in the past
