I Have Been Having Dull Aching Pain In My Thigh

I have been having dull aching pain in my thigh area for about a week now. Every so often I get some sharp pains but it does not last very long. I have Lumbar disc problems and SI joint issues as well and have taken epidural injections for that but I have never had this before. I have no idea what this could be coming from? What do you recommend I do. I have been taking ibuprofen daily to help with it.
