I Have Been Having Epigastric Pain On And Off For

I have been having epigastric pain on and off for 2 years and every time I eat I look 5 months pregnant nausea red burning sensation tip tongue coating on tongue yellowish white color and sore gums. Ct abd 2012 diverticulosis similar symptoms I am having now. Had colonoscopy then was neg and end 2014 no bs neg except stricture and problems swallowing. On Monday had compete and soon neg and esophagram barium swallow which showed small hiatal hernia . Now 2 days after barium swallow skin around anus bright red . Is that some reaction from barium coming out in stool or do I possibly have h. Pylori or candida in gut?
