I Have Been Having Episodes Of Left Arm Mild Shakiness

I have been having episodes of left arm mild shakiness which last from a few seconds to about 15 minutes. I also have episodes of stumbling over my words when speaking. I do not have any history of injury to my left arm or history of stuttering. I am 48 years old. What should I consider with these symptoms?
