I Have Been Having Extreme Nose Bleeds, Shortage Of Breath,

I have been having extreme nose bleeds, shortage of breath, nausea and have been very dizzy lately. Is this just for allergies? I do have very bad allergies and nosebleeds but not this constant it's usually about 3-5 a day. but I have been very dizzy lately also
