I Have Been Having Extreme Pain In My Upper Abdomen

I have been having extreme pain in my upper abdomen when sitting or bending over at waist. There is no flatulance or constipation witj this problem etc. I need to lie flat on my back to cope. I had my gall bladder out years back and have
a massive scar around that area and th surrounding area becomes red. Thanks. Jean
