I Have Been Having Extremely Bad Back Pains, And I

I have been having extremely bad back pains, and I want to find out if there is any way I can pop the middle of my upper right side of my ribs, I feel like something is wrong but I looked it up, it isn't dislocated because I can breathe just fine, please I need help I don't know what to do
