I Have Been Having Feelings Of Weakness In Both Arms

I have been having feelings of weakness in both arms for a while. At times it feels like there is a clamp pinching my inner arm around the bicep. Foreams feel tingly. Hands fall asleep when clasped together on my chest/abdomen when I sleep at night. Could it be a pinched nerve somewhere?
