I Have Been Having Fluttering Feeling In Lower And Higher

I have been having fluttering feeling in lower and higher parts of my stomach and vaginal area. I tested negative for pregnancy. I had 2 periods and the 3rd was 2 weeks late. I have gained weight and felt bloated last intercourse was 4 mths ago. Help?
