I Have Been Having, For Quite Some Time, Diarrhea That

I have been having, for quite some time, diarrhea that comes out on my clothes or pad. Sometimes it is like what we, sometimes just vary soft. I am now having stools that are clay and a red orange color. I do have pretty bad abdominal cramps sometimes after eating. Sometimes there is no warning at all. I do have microscopic gastritis as per colonoscopy last year.
