I Have Been Having Frequent Episodes Od Feeling Cold, Even

I have been having frequent episodes od feeling cold, even when I have 2 hoodies and a heavy coat, I often feel generally sick. no elevated temperature. I often feel light headed and bump into things. I have trouble swallowing food and my voice is hoarse. I am diabetic and my blood sugar gets low at times into the low 70s and upper sixties and my Dr. says that is a normal blood sugar. He also said I am anemic and wants more blood work next week. I have vomited on occasion. these feelings of generally feeling sick come on suddenly, and I feel very tired and weak. I am on multiple medications that my Dr. is aware of including etedolac 500 twice daily, and has been on it for years. I have feet and bone pain daily. I am also on Neurontin twice daily and metformin 1000 mg two times a day. what do you think is causing the frequent coldness and sudden feeling of general sickness and also the light fussy headedness? I got to the end and have no credit card, so I will not get advice, regretfully.
