I Have Been Having Frequent Loose Bowel Motions And It

I have been having frequent loose bowel motions and it feels like burning at both ends also discomfort on the right side of my body. When I take gaviscon it relieves the symptoms, I have had a bowel motion specimen sent off and am still waiting for results. Thank you
