I Have Been Having Fullness In Chest, Right Below And

I have been having fullness in chest, right below and above collarbone after having enlarged lymphnode in clavicle area in January. It is getting worse with choking feeling there are at top of neck under jaw. I have had jaw pain a few times and squeezing swollen feeling at back of tongue where connects to throat. Have been back to dr a few times. Dr. did an EKG and said looked normal. I can take 2 aspiring and in about 2 hours will start feeling better but fullness in chest is not going away.
