I Have Been Having Gallbladder Issues For Nearly 6 Years.

I have been having gallbladder issues for nearly 6 years. I get mild gallbladder attacks 3 times a year. I was told that I don't have gallbladder stones. I ate a hamburger on Sunday and that triggered another attack. I have no fever, nausea or vomiting. I have a mild discomfort under my right rib-cage and a bloating stomach with lots of gases. I don't feel sick to go to the ER. What should I do?
Thanks
