I Have Been Having Galvus Met 50/500 In The Morning

I have been having galvus met 50/500 in the morning followed by gluconorm 1000 after lunch and dinner . My hba1c is 6.90 and fasting / PP levels are 119/102 .
I have now been prescribed Junumet 50/1000 twice daily after breakfast and dinner ?
I am concerned about the increase in dosage of DPP-4.
Please advise.
