I Have Been Having Generalized Itching For The Past 6

I have been having generalized itching for the past 6 months. Consulted a dermatologist and taking Zyrtec 10mg but whenever I stop taking it, the itching starts again. My blood test (attached) gave the following results: ASAT (GOT): 45 U/I; ALAT: 79U/I; GAMA-GT: 56U/I. Plse note that I suffer from high blood pressure and under treatment (Esforge 10/160mg & Meto Zerok 50mg). I also suffer from type 2 diabetes and under treatment (Metformine 850mg). Your advice on what to take to stop the itching will be much appreciated. Thank you.
