I Have Been Having Gum Problems In The Mouth And

I have been having gum problems in the mouth and my ears have been hurting even .I am also bringing up a lot of burping all the time . I can't understand where all the gas comes from. I have to see a dentist next week but this really is bothering me so. Thank you for any advice you might help me with.
