I Have Been Having Headaches For 2 Days, And Yesterday,

I have been having headaches for 2 days, and yesterday, it got worse .
I felt tiredness all over the body and was slightly hot.
I took Panadol extra and Vit D.
Today, I took an ASO test, and it was 600.

What does this mean, and what I should do about it?
