I Have Been Having Horrible Pain In My Left Side.

I have been having horrible pain in my left side. I'm guessing it's my kidney. This all started after my tubular pregnancy where my right tube popped and had to be removed. Since then I started getting UTIs all the time then kidney infection. The pain makes me throw up. I also noticed it happens around or after my period. Help I'm sick of pain
