I Have Been Having Intense Headaches Past Few Weeks. I

I have been having intense headaches past few weeks. I have hypertension and take 50MG Losartan, 25mg Coreg 2X daily with the last dose at 8:00 pm CST tonight. At 9 pm my headache got really intense almost causing me to vomit. So I checked my blood pressure then & it was 155/103. I will mention that at age 23 I had a TIA. I am currently 33 and my current diagnoses include Hashimotos, hypertension, depression, GAD, & PTSD. I am really confused & concerned about my BP right now. Wondering what I should do.
