I Have Been Having Involuntary Movement Of The Ring Finger

I have been having involuntary movement of the ring finger on the left had for a few months. Now I get cramps in that hand that locks up the joints in not only the ring finger but also the middle finger. Just this week I began having cramps in the left lower arm. Is this something I should see a Dr. about? Is there a supplement I should be taking? Do I need to be massaging the area? Thoughts?
