I Have Been Having Irregular Bowel Movements For About 5

I have been having irregular bowel movements for about 5 days. It started as diarrhea and then changed into being constipated and having poop with a gray, dust-like film on the outside. The poop is a normal color just has this weird stuff on the outside.
