I Have Been Having Irregular Heartbeat For Some Time And

I have been having irregular heartbeat for some time and is increasing of late. Sometimes this causes a tightening sensation up into my throat and I feel like I am going to pass out. Yesterday my heart felt like it was gurgling. I also had a stomach upset around the same time. I don't seem to be able to do much and then feel exhausted
