I Have Been Having Issues With Irregular Periods. I Am

I have been having issues with irregular periods.
I am 33 years old and had a tubed cut and tied when I was 21 after I had my 3rd child.
It started by being late or early or shorter or longer, lighter or much heavier. This month it was a bit early I noticed a specks of blood when I would shower. about 5 days ago but no actual bleeding, I worse a pad and it was clean and a tampon and it was clean as well yesterday I spotted a bit but that's it. Today I wore a tampon just in case and when I removed it it had very little blood and it had some yellow stuff that looked like pus. For the last few months I have been getting severe cramps but not this month but my mood is horrible and my skin looks like crap, I normally do breakout a bit but not like this it's a lot more than normal. I'm not sure if I should see a doctor, or maybe it's just me being crazy. I have been under a lot of stress so maybe that's it.
