I Have Been Having Issues With Large Amounts Of Mucus

I have been having issues with large amounts of mucus in my nose, throat, and mouth immediately after eating that causes excessive coughing and choking and about half the time leads to vomiting up handfuls of mucus and sometimes the meal i just ate. Ive tried elimination diets and it doesn't make any difference in the symptoms. The Dr has tried every type of acid reflux med available it it has only gotten worse. It has now caused pain under my rib cage and an enlarged gallbladder. any recommendations?
