I Have Been Having Left Hip Pain That Radiates Into

I have been having left hip pain that radiates into my groin. When I sit for longer than 5-10 minutes it is very painful to stand. I also have chronic pain in the soles of my feet, that worsens at times. My left knee also has been causing alot of pain when I move from sitting to standing, I have diffficulty straightening the leg or bearing weight for a few minutes on standing. Once I am up and walking the pain seems to resolve and stay gone unless I stop and sit down, then the cycle starts again. I have had the right knee xray'd and I have no "padding' between the bones in the knee joint and two bone spurs. I also have a chronic problem with my right heel, pain and some swelling, I believe it's a heel bone spur. What can I do to manage all this besides narcotic pain meds, muscle relaxents. Aleve helps but I usually have to take 3 tablets at a time and it doesn't last but 8 or so hours.
