I Have Been Having Left Shoulder Blade Pain And Side

I have been having left shoulder blade pain and side pain by my ribs for a few months now. I have had mris on my neck and spine and xrays of my back as well as a ct scan and blood work. The emergency room said the ct showed pneumonia but that my side pain and shoulder blade pain had nothing to do with the pneumonia. I have not had a cough throughout this pain as well. I am so stumped and upset that i am still dealing with this. What else should they check?
