I Have Been Having Leg And Major Foot Cramping At

I have been having leg and major foot cramping at night for a few years. It is now progressing to the point of starting in the evening, involving not just my feet and ankles but moving up into shins and calves. Has become extremely painful, to the point that nothing relieves them. Major health Hx includes RA, SLE, and Barrett's esophagitis resulting in a Nissen fundiplication several years ago. I am concerned about the cramps worsening as it is affecting my sleep at this point.
