I Have Been Having Like Orbital Pain In My Left

I have been having like orbital pain in my left eye area for about a month now. I have tried ten days on cipro and it seemed to help a little but now it is back with a vengeance. It is pain behind my eye and around it. My eye is not tearing, red, drainage, etc. It just aches around it. My ear and jaw kind of hurt now on that side too.
