I Have Been Having Lower Back Pain For A Few

I have been having lower back pain for a few weeks now.... the pain came out of no where. The pain is really bad in the morning and becomes tolerable during the day. Today has been really rough....it does not feel muscular, feels like pain is deeper inside. I do not have any fever but I have been really lethargic the last few days. Today, I am experiencing pin like sensations on the right quad/private region.... any ideas?
