I Have Been Having Lower Back Pain On And Off

I have been having lower back pain on and off for months. At first I thought it may be muscle but now I am thinking it may be kidney related. Along with dull achiness in my lower back, my feet have been swelling. I am concerned because I recently had bloodwork come back with an elevated
BUN and elevated creatinine to BUN ration. My creatinine itself was normal.
