I Have Been Having Major Chronic Back Pain That I

I have been having major chronic back pain that I have been under a doctors care now for eight year. My concern is that for about a year or more I am now having pain in my hips and moving down my legs and into my knee's. I am wondering what is going on with my body, I also have the pain in my ankles.
