I Have Been Having Mid Lower Left Back Pain All

I have been having mid lower left back pain all the way to my tail bone. It's constant but gets worse to the point of no relief if I work on my feet for 2 or more hours or sit for long periods of time. If sitting for a long time I have difficulty getting up and walking without being hunch over. I have had itching and blood in my panties at times but it comes and goes even though back pain is constant. I get really fatigued. If I get myself real fatigued I have cold chills for 2 to 3 hours then extremely hot for the same amount of time. I have a metallic smell in my nose at times too. I have been diagnosed with Crohns, Crohns arthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Fibromyalgia, Raynoid's Phenomenon, night jerks, prednisone diabetes, hyatal hernia, allergic to heat, COPD and bad cramps that can occur anywhere. I also have a problem with being able to sleep only 2 to 3 hours a night. I take Humeria, B12 shots, Gabapentin, Cyclobenzaprine,Estazolam, Klor-Con, Quinidine, Nifedipine, Esomeprazolme, and Zyrtec. As you can see with all these medical issues and medication I have high doctor medical and prescription bills. I am hoping this is something I can take care of at home without having another bill added to what I already have. All help is so appreciated.
