I Have Been Having Mild Dizziness And A Little Bit

I have been having mild dizziness and a little bit of stumbling for the last 2 weeks. I have had this before but it went away. I have also had diarrhea and bloating and belching. I am generally tired. I have also had several attacks of anxiety ( not full blown panic attacks) and several days of depression. When I get depressed or feeling nauseated, I often think i am going to die of pancreatic cancer, because My brother did. I fear that I am a hypochondriac. I do have barrette's esophagus, t-cell cutataneus lymphoma (mycosos fungoides, but super indolent and only stage 1A) and have had 13 inches of my colon removed after idberticulitis. How do I know if I am a hypochondriac? Thanks_ Joanie
