I Have Been Having My Period Off And On Lately.

I have been having my period off and on lately. It got so bad I had to wear over night pads all day. But then it gets so light I barely spot at times. I haven't had mor then a week in between bleeding sessions. But also just got off the shot. I noticed a little skin colored bump right inside my clitoris. Cramps are off and on as well as span in severity. I don't have insurance what should I do
