I Have Been Having Nausea For A Week An Still

I have been having nausea for a week an still happening. Last weekend i started having mild cramping in my lower abdomin and slightly above the uterus. I thought i might be pregnant so i got a test an it said negative nut im still having nausea an mild cramping. What can i do?
