I Have Been Having Night Sweats Below The Waist Consistently

I have been having night sweats below the waist consistently for about a year. Once a month or so it is a full body sweat. I am 39 weigh 188 and I am 5 6. I have started exercising consistently for the last 3 months. I am on Lexapro and Wellbutrin. Thoughts?
