I Have Been Having Numbness, Tingling In All Four Extremities.

I have been having numbness, tingling in all four extremities. multiple falls with injuries ranging from minor to fractures, migraine headaches lasting for days instead of hours that I have experienced in the past. Losing control of my bladder. Dry mouth. Recent hospitalization with dehydration. Low blood pressure (70-80's over 40-50's) B-12 def causing bi-monthly injections. I have a hx of gout. Trygly over 300; but I am 5'7" and weigh 165. and am on a diet regimen and meds. Have been tested for Lupus and had a negative ANA and Sed Rate. Normal CT. My PCP said I need to be ruled out for MS; does that sound possible?
