I Have Been Having Ongoing, For About The Last 10

I have been having ongoing, for about the last 10 years, upper abdominal pain - as if I've been punched in the center of my stomach just under the "V" of my rib cage which radiates to my back spin area. Then I have both front and back pain, also heartburn. I can even bee doing household chores and it will flare up. I'm also bloated in the upper area just under the "V" area of my rib cage. No one for years has been able to tell me what it could possibly be - about 4 years age I had bleeding where I was hospitalized for 4 days and close to having had a blood transfusion. After numerous testing they had no answer. This is all causing me anxiety and of course I've been put on anxiety meds for that! I want some answers, like some serious test to find out what it could possibly be although I've been told I've had the "Cadillac" of testing done!!!!
