I Have Been Having Pain After Oral Sex. After I

I have been having pain after oral sex. After I climax, It feels like something is about to come out of me, like childbirth for approx. 1 to 2 minutes and then its stops. The pain doesn't return until after I climax after oral sex. I don't hurt at all during or after intercourse. What is causing this?
