I Have Been Having Pain And Discomfort For A While

I have been having pain and discomfort for a while in my lower abdomen, sides and my back. I have had pancreatitis in the past but never had symptoms except for vomiting. I have also had my gallbladder removed but it almost fills like it did when I had my gallbladder and fills almost like I have a kidney infection but I'm not running a fever. The only things I have is constipation, lower abdominal pain, back pain, dull and stabbing pains and odor. I'm not sure what I should do cause when I go to my doctor he tells me I'm having ghost pains from my gall bladder being removed.
