I Have Been Having Pain For Some Time Now In

I have been having pain for some time now in my shoulder s and elbows and even the last joint in my fingers, when I lay down at night to sleep, and go to turn over it is painfull in my shoulders. When I drive a car I have pain lifting my left arm to turn the wheel. I had a stone last year as well. Am I looking at gout?
