I Have Been Having Pain In My Chest Under My

I have been having pain in my chest under my breast bone for 2 months and paplitaions but is getting worse and my legs feel weeker every month with this. Had a xray and heart is not inlarged and chest was clear and ekg normal and labs for heart attack normal. But its getting worse.
