I Have Been Having Pain In My Heart And Chest

I have been having pain in my heart and chest this started back in July my doctor had me wear a heart monitor for 48 hours and report each incident. Then she had me do a stress test which did not go well, I failed so my doctor set me up with a heart specialist he scheduled the catherization and it was done this past Wednesday. He says my heart looked good no plaque in my arteries everything looked good!! I am very pleased with the results BUT since he done this procedure I have not had any pain in my heart or chest, I am very happy because it was quiet painful and it was constant never let up until after he did the heart catherizaion since that day I have not had any pain !!! I am not complaining I am trying to figure out what happened ?? If there was nothing there and nothing wrong WHY doesnt it still hurt?
